There are many kinds of grinder on the market. Choose the wrong grinder, may effect the potency or flavor of the material. So how to choose the grinder?
According to raw material
For common Chinese medicinal materials, such as: ginseng, use multi-function grinder can be ok.
For extreme hard materials, such as pearls, turtle shells etc, use high efficiency turbo type grinder.
For oily materials, such as: sesame, peanut, walnut, flax, flax etc, use oily seeds grinder of small capacity. Or use high efficiency turbo grinder with mesh sieve of 10-40mesh.
According to capacity
For small home use, 1-5kg/h, use lab use grinder
For small scale business, less than 200kg/h, use multi-function grinder.
For medium scale, capacity around 200-400kg/h, can use grinder with dust collecting system or grinder with cyclone.
For large scale, capacity over 500kg/h, can use pulverizer unit.
According to temperature
For heat sensitive material such as sugar, salt etc, can use water cooling system or air cooling grinder.
For Proteins and vitamins etc. use ordinary grinding methods, will be destroyed. The use of laboratory cryogenic low temperature pulverizer can ensure that the original element content is not lost.
According to final size
Some large or extreme hard material need to be crushed before fine grinding. Can use coarse crusher to crushing into 1-20mm first.
For common use 10-150mesh, multi-function grinder can reach the fineness by changing mesh sieve.
For high 200-480 mesh, shall need micro powder grinder.
According to material
Can be carbon steel, stainless steel 201, 304, or customized 316.
