Powder Mixing Machine Introduction
There are two types of the powder mixing machine according to the mixing method:
The first type: Mixing by blades, there are mainly trough mixing machine and ribbon mixing machine. This type of mixer is generally used for simple mixing with low requirements. Disadvantages:There will be dead angles in the mixing.
The second type: Mixing by rotary barrels, mainly including V type mixing machine,Two dimensional mixing machine,Three dimensional mixing machine and High speed mixing machine.The materials which be used by the second mixing machine need have the following characteristics:
1. Good liquidity
2. The particle size of the mixed material is consistent
3. The weight difference is small
4. Non-hardened and non grouped particles.
