The Coarse crusher is made of food grade 304 stainless steel and material,the main parts are frame, feeding hopper, crushing chamber, screen frame, receiving hopper and motor. Use Instructions
1. The material should not contain metal hard debris to avoid damage blade.
2. The motor steering must be consistent with the requirements.
3. If abnormal noise occurs, stop the machine immediately for inspection, and continue production after trouble shooting.
4. Regularly check the screws of the equipment,if the knives are loose, reinforce them in time. If blade severely worn, it should be ground or replaced in time to avoid affecting crushing effect.
5. When the output is too slow or too fine, clean the screen in time.
6. Do not crush flammable and explosive materials.
