Wet Rotary Granulator working principle

Rotary Granulator is mainly composed of motor, feeding hopper, extrusion blades,screen and discharging hopper. Wet material is gravity fed into the granulator and wiped through the perforated screen by rotary blades to get require-sized cylindrical extrudates.The gap between blade and screen can be adjusted.The finished granules will be discharged via the discharging hopper.
